If the values are similar, it could be challenging to get insight from a bart chart. To solve this issue, you can use an interactive chart with tooltip or/and a zooming capability.

Keep in mind that you can always adapt your bar chart to be accessible, by either using a pattern fill chart or a monochrome chart.
