Have your License ID ready

Where to find your License ID:

  1. You can find your License ID on your License Statement. A link to your License Statement was included in the order confirmation email sent to the address you used when you purchased Highcharts.

  2. You can also log into your account and view your order to access your License Statement.

Can’t find your license ID?

Your License ID is stated on the License Statement. The License Statement is sent to the registered email address following your purchase. Please use your License ID to identify your license when contacting us for sales or tech support.


Be prepared to describe your issue

Be prepared to provide console error information, the actions that triggered the issue and the behavior that you’re expecting. It’s also helpful if you have a link to JSFiddle demo of the issue and know the Highcharts and browser versions you’re using. You can also attach screenshots to your ticket.

Include any console errors, browser version, and a demo link if possible.
