How can i change default component in add component menu, the component that i can drag and drop i want change it's default options before drop it

You can set default options for a specific component globally: https://jsfiddle.net/BlackLabel/3etranh5/
It's also possible to define custom components that inherit from the original ones, with specified default options and to add them to the sidebar. See: https://www.highcharts.com/docs/dashboa ... -component
