IP access denied

Hi.
I'm studying the highcharts docs to develop a web service using highcharts.
but when accessing web sites (https://www.highcharts.com), the Access Denied message appears as shown below.

When working in my office that uses specific IP address (1.213.x.x), I can't access highcharts sites.
There is no problems when I access web site in different workspace, through a mobile hot spot or at home.

After searching this forum, I found that if I include the Cloudflare's Ray ID in text, mangers gave help to writers.

We reviewed the IP address in question, and unfortunately, it has a high abuse rating (100%), which requires it to be blocked for security reasons. Since this IP is shared by others in the workspace, we are unable to lift the block.

We understand that it is frustrating for a user to be affected by others' activities on a shared IP, but this is necessary to maintain a safe environment. As you discovered, using a different IP, such as a mobile hotspot, is an effective way to connect to our website.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter. In case of further questions please, contact our sales department, because this is a bit out of the scope of the forum (which is related to technical questions regarding highcharts itself), and I cannot do more.

I see.
I was able to access the highchart site from my office this spring.
However, I was assigned a new office IP this summer and have not been able to access it since.
It is not my fault, but I am being punished by a complete stranger who used and abused a blocked IP.

Personally, I am very sorry, but I will respect the highchart policy.

Although it feels like you're in a time of difficulty, it's good to see that you're dealing things with tact and respect for the procedures in place. It can be difficult to be barred because of an IP problem, particularly if you have no control over it. Although it's sad that another user's abuse damaged your access, it's wonderful that you're continuing to choose to abide by the platform's rules in spite of this difficulty. Hopefully, alerting the site administrator or making a future update to your network settings may assist in fixing the problem. Continue to have a good view!
