Percentage stacked bar chart with one series on both negative and positive axis

Hello! Our team is attempting to create a percentage stacked bar chart with both negative and positive values. The chart will display the number of 'strongly agree', 'agree', 'disagree', 'strongly disagree' and 'neutral' responses. Currently we have the disagree values on the negative side while the agree responses on the positive side. We'd like for the neutral responses to be positioned in the center so that half of the series is in both negative and positive axis.
