tickInterval not working in scatter plot when yAxis is logarithmic

Hey,

I am using tickInterval = 1 for logarithmic yAxis in scatter plot. When I was using highcharts 6.1.1, everything was working fine. But, after the upgrade to highcharts 9.0.1, labels on yAxis are not multiple of 10, instead they are 1, 2, etc.
