Trying to make a continent map that includes GB and Ireland

Hello,

I am working on a map project that has the world map and continents. However on every variation of the world map I have found, there is only the reference of Europe and not Europe, Ireland and United Kingdom separated out.

Is there currently a working example of how to achieve this?
