Exporting chart to image directly from highcharts cloud

Hi,

I am subscribed to Team advanced plan. I am trying to embed charts in my account ( in png format ) to dynamically generated pdf's. Is there a way to directly export/download the png files for charts from highcharts cloud account to my server ? Would really appreciate some help. Thanks you.

Hi Angrel Bliss,

Welcome to our forum and thanks for contacting us.
I am not sure if I understood you well. You want to export png of your chart directly from Cloud to your server?
Maybe these docs will be helpful for you: https://www.highcharts.com/docs/export- ... serverside

Best regards!

Re: Exporting chart to image directly from highcharts cloud

Hi Rafal,
Thank you for your reply. So these are the options I have in order to convert a chart into static image directly on my server.
  1. Use export.highcharts.com, which is rate limited
  2. Run export server on my server
I was hoping there would be an export server as part of the highcharts cloud services which I can use.

Thank you

Hi,

Unfortunately, Highcharts Cloud uses standard Highcharts exporting module which uses export.highcharts.com server. Cloud doesn't have its own separate export server.
