Please try to click "IMPORT" button on the bottom of the frame (field with green buttons), and there should be the data collection to import. Please let me know about the result.
Thank you for links. We're currently debugging the problem, because your report is not the only one, where the same problem occurs. I will let you know about the progress of this case.
Was there an outcome to your debugging of Jeffery Phillips' chart? We have 88 charts, and we're finding the data keeps getting 'lost'. Worse, the data is flushing the inject codes on our website with other chart data, so we don't even need to be in the back of HighCharts (or in that chart) to have another chart impacted. More accurately described, the data is being replaced by other chart's data. We identified this as the way our IT project manager trained us (copying in the data in via 'import pasted data'. This was great at first, but as soon as we were playing with Advanced settings we saw issues occuring. Now we use the correct method of 'Import > Select Data collection > New > Title and paste CSV data). We've now been following the correct method and we're still seeing these issues. We presume it's something to do with the 46 charts we originally created via the other (Import > Import Pasted Data).
Is there a way to delete content from your Data Collection?
Is there a way to sort or filter Data collection?
And - more importantly - does the above mentioned issue ring any bells to what Jeffrey was experiencing.
Hey Rafal
Our Cloud profile doesn't list a version. We haven't enable last week's upgrade version (7) as we don't know how it will negatively impact our charts (today's our project delivery deadline), so must be on Highcharts Basic v6.2.0 (2018-10-17).
I can't, unfortunately, make any of my charts public at present. Happy to PM you for further discussion.
However, your confirmation that we can't sort, filter or delete data collection is a big help: though definitely a frustrating element of the design! Is this a known bug though? Where chart data writes to the Data Collection with 'unknown data'.
Regards
Victoria
