Captions don't show - I need me some Roadrash!

I can't figure out why my captions aren't appearing. I'm sure it has something to do with my inability to control myself when it comes to playing with coding I don't understand, like "this.a.title" requirements or mixing up config.js versions, but still, I wish these captions would show. H...

Tried that; it's still a "no go."

Re: Problem uploading images to Editor

Hi Hilde, sorry to hear you're still feeling poorly.

The editor still gives me the same error message. Not sure why.

Problem uploading images to Editor

Hi. Not sure why but I can't get any images to upload into the editor. I'd do 'em by hand but there are too many and the filenames are not in order. It doesn't matter how many, there are though; the error is the same whether it's 5 images or 50. When I try to upload them I get this message: http://w...

You said that Torstein and Roadrash were awesome. I couldn't agree more.

What did you think I meant?

Re: Newbie wonders how Highslide works?

Thank you, Roadrash! Your answers are great because they confirm what I thought, which means I get it! Well, I get enough of it to use the basics. ASAP I will try to apply this to my website, but I'll bet money you'll be hearing form me again. I tried before to paste the code and it turned my page ...

Re: Size of html popup boxes

Darn it all, I *knew* there would be a simple, efficient way to do this! (ps: have you checked your email yet?)

Size of html popup boxes

Hi. I have a page which sells merchandise (http://groundworkcoffee.com/containers.html) which uses a .js page specifically set up to make the boxes around 600px x 600px. That's good. On another page (http://groundworkcoffee.com/singleorigin.html) The first five coffees presented don't need such a la...

Re: Showcase

Well, this is a really warped, grotesque site I'm developing for a very serious, very brilliant novelist/essayist whose hobby is collecting morbid photos of sex-change operations and crime scenes. I'm having fun with learning how to move layers around and, of course, I wanted to implement a highslid...

Unobtrusive

What is the unobtrusive function and how and why would it be useful?

Re: The Editor is launched

[quote="admin"]Thanks Marina! The missing first image was introduced last week when I added the option to hide all images in a gallery, and open the gallery from a link instead. The bug has been fixed now. As for a common delete button (or perhaps a Select All button) and the possibility t...

Re: Thumb generation

What Torstein (Admin) meant was to start over in the Editor and do all the Highslide customizing there. All his explanations refer to where in the Editor you can change the different function/looks. You can then download a zip package from the Editor containing custom CSS file and custom config fil...

Re: Thumb generation

Wait a minute, all this can be much easier done using the Editor! No coding required. How can I change the color of the background of the expanded window from white here: http://www.some-nonexistent-domain.com/ ... /4gals.htm Go to Style => Popup styles and choose the background color for the popup...

Re: Thumb generation

Thanks for all the help: I've been busy putting out fires on a few websites and haven't been able to struggle with my slideshows for a while. Hopefully I'll be back to struggling soon, and as soon as I implement a slideshow into someone's website I'm gonna plunk down the unlimited license money 'cau...
