(Financial transactional data will be retained by Highsoft for 10 years, as required by Norwegian law).<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-highsoft-section neutral-0-light transparent faq page-section\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group content-container has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-bdcbbb17 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Everviz FAQ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who is Visual Elements?<\/strong><br>It is the company that has been spun off from Highsoft to build and support, everviz, formerly known as Highcharts Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How can I close my account and erase all my personal information?<\/strong><br>Just send us an email&nbsp;privacy@highsoft.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Will I have two different accounts, one for Highcharts Cloud and one for everviz?<\/strong><br>You can use your legacy Highcharts Cloud login in everviz.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.everviz.com\/\">everviz.com<\/a>&nbsp;will become the new URL for the service. Should you go to the old Highcharts Cloud URL you will be redirected to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.everviz.com\/\">everviz.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Will charts created on my account with Highcharts Cloud continue to work?<\/strong><br>Yes. All your existing charts and settings will work just like before under everviz. You do not need to take any action on your existing embedded charts. All charts will remain online and fully operational during and after the transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do I contact everviz for support enquiries?<\/strong><br>Best way to reach us to send an email here:&nbsp;support@everviz.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I have also purchased other Highcharts products. What will happen with those?<\/strong><br>The license agreement you have on the Highcharts products will remain with you and Highsoft and the Highsoft team will continue to service your account as usual for those products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What happens to my account data?<\/strong><br>All you account data, including billing and personally identifiable data, will be transferred to Visual Elements, and deleted from Highsoft\u2019s systems. The only exception is your payment history, as Highsoft needs to keep a copy for 10 years in compliance with Norwegian accounting laws. The terms and conditions for everviz are based on the Highcharts Cloud terms and there are no major changes https:\/\/www.everviz.com\/terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Custom Contracts<\/strong><br>If you have a custom agreement with us, there will not be any changes to the terms and conditions for your current subscription period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In terms of security, what are the changes that will affect us, such as data hosting location, etc?<\/strong><br>All infrastructure and third-party services (I.e recurly and braintree for payments) remain the same.
