We’re proud to announce the new major Highcharts release 9.1 including upgrades to our Stock product (check the changelog for more details):
1. New Technical Indicators
We are excited to add five new technical indicators to the existing list of technical indicators:
- On-Balance Volume (OBV)
- Disparity Index
- Directional Movement Index (DMI)
- Klinger Oscillator
- Change Momentum Oscillator (CMO)

2. Stock Tools
We upgraded the Highcharts Stock Tools module to include greater functionalities and flexibility such as the capability to add an annotation on every pane, whether it is the main series or a pane with RSI, MACD, or Volume series.
For better insight, the last price and last visible price indicators are now displayed for every series.
3. Data Grouping
Now, you can choose to render the grouped points, in the beginning, middle, or at the end, thanks to three options: dataGrouping.anchor, dataGrouping.firstAnchor and dataGrouping.lastAnchor.
