Maintenance and Support
These channels are available for our customers with a Maintenance and Support Agreement:
- To contact us directly through our ticket system and ensure your guaranteed 36 hours response time, send an email to [email protected] and make sure you enter your LicenseID number in the subject.
- To chat with our support team, contact us by Skype on HighchartsSupport. When prompted for a message to send along with the contact request, it is important that you insert your LicenseID number. We are available on chat between 10:00 and 18:00 CET, (Central European Time) business days.
